Local Actors, Global Framework: How Ecosystem Actors Work Together

Fri, 11 Sep 2026 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM SGT MMR 2 Invitation Only

How can Hong Kong-based enterprises and ecosystem partners becomes architects of transition?

About this session

IMPACT WEEK offers a global systems framework, but the true value emerges when local actors use it to rewire their own business ecosystems. Hong Kong stands at a strategic crossroads: it concentrates sophisticated capital markets, an agile SME and family-business base, dense cultural heritage, and direct access to the Greater Bay Area’s innovation and production capacity.

Despite these strengths, Hong Kong’s role in the well-being economy has often been framed as a financial hub. This session repositions Hong Kong-based enterprises and ecosystem partners as architects of transition: they test and shape how the 4×4×6 framework can be applied to real supply chains, governance models, and community outcomes in and beyond the city.

By convening AWE members together with international partners, the dialogue becomes a live studio rather than abstract reflections. Participants collectively map where their businesses sit in the 4 infrastructures, 4 ecosystems, and 6 pillars, and then co-create near-term commitments that link Hong Kong’s local experiments to IMPACT WEEK’s wider network. In doing so, the session makes Hong Kong visible as a Prove of concept platform for well-being economy practices that can be adapted across the GBA and other regional systems.

Note: This is a private, invite-only session.
