Yvonne Leung is leading the Association for Well-being Economy (AWE), building on over two decades of experience spanning across sustainability, global stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and complex programme leadership.

AWE is a leading organization within the TPC Group, focusing on mindfulness, sustainable development, and the integration of wellbeing economy. Yvonne is leading her team to establish a cross-regional business community centred on a well-being economy, integrating Eastern and Western wisdom to drive systemic change. Their work actively engages in the Greater Bay Area development and the Belt and Road Initiative, supporting SMEs and family business in global expansion for long-term sustainability.

Throughout her career (including roles at the World Economic Forum, World Business Council for Sustainable Development and the International Air Transport Association), she has worked at the intersection of global platforms and real-economy transformation, engaging C-suite leaders, philanthropies, and multilateral partners to drive impact.

Bringing a global perspective shaped by international experience, Yvonne is deeply rooted in Hong Kong and Asia, with a strong understanding of regional dynamics and a track record of connecting global priorities with local & regional opportunities. Her solid experience in convening and activating diverse stakeholders across sectors positions her well to advance the well-being economy agenda, translating vision into action by mobilising the right actors, partnerships, and capital toward shared outcomes.
