香港长期扮演连接中国与世界的“超级联系人”，但下一阶段的关键，不只是连接更多资本、项目与市场，而是将连接转化为企业真正需要的能力与价值。本工作坊将聚焦中小企业与家族企业，探讨香港如何进一步成为“超级增值人”，连接资本、人才、科技、教育、专业服务及全球市场，帮助企业从生存与融资需求走向长期成长与价值共创。
工作坊将通过企业家对话与资本共创设计实验室，邀请企业、投资人、家族办公室及专业机构共同识别真实增长瓶颈，并围绕具体企业或项目设计可在90天内启动的共创方案。讨论将进一步探索资本如何从“选择项目”走向“共同培育企业”，以及企业如何超越产品与营收，创造就业、社区韧性、产业升级、健康福祉与环境价值，让香港的连接能力真正转化为影响力经济与善经济的系统价值。
Hong Kong has long served as a “super connector” between China and the world. Its next opportunity, however, is not simply to connect more capital, projects and markets, but to turn those connections into real capabilities and value for enterprises.
Focusing on SMEs and family businesses, this workshop explores how Hong Kong can evolve into a “super value-adder” by connecting capital, talent, technology, education, professional services and global markets. Through an Entrepreneurs’ Dialogue and Capital Co-creation Design Lab, businesses, investors, family offices and professional partners will identify real growth constraints and design a co-creation initiative that can begin within 90 days.
The workshop asks how capital can move from selecting opportunities to nurturing enterprise growth, and how businesses can expand their value beyond products and revenue to employment, community resilience, industrial innovation, well-being and environmental impact. The aim is to turn Hong Kong’s connectivity into practical business capability—and ultimately into systemic value for the impact and Well-being Economy.
