Omid Aschari

Dr. Omid Aschari is an internationally recognised thought leader shaping the future of global leadership, strategy and systems transformation. He is Chairman and CEO of ASG Strategy Group AG, Professor of Global Leadership and Strategy at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), and Senior Strategic Advisor and Scholar-in-Residence at the University of Zurich. As a trusted advisor and executive coach to CEOs, boards, entrepreneurs and international organisations, he helps leaders and their teams navigate complexity, lead AI-driven transformation, and shape resilient organisations with clarity, purpose and impact.

As Professor, Permanent Lecturer and Founding Director of the internationally acclaimed Strategy and International Management (SIM) program at the University of St.Gallen, he helped build one of the world’s leading management programs, ranked No. 1 globally by the Financial Times for a record fourteen years.
