Britta Gruenig is a stewardship advisor, coach, and founder of Gruenig & Partners. She works with individuals, families, and family enterprises who hold significant wealth, power, and influence, supporting them in aligning inner development, shared leadership, and long-term stewardship in service of Life.
With over two decades of experience at the intersection of inner transformation and systems change, Britta partners with founders, next-generation leaders, and multigenerational families to navigate complexity, responsibility, and transition across business, investment, philanthropy, and governance. Her work integrates leadership development, family systems awareness, and a regenerative, life-centered perspective on capital and impact.
Britta is the creator of REMAP, a philosophy and operating system for acting coherently in complexity, and the Regenerative Compass, which supports alignment between inner clarity, outer action, and systemic responsibility. She is also a Senior Fellow at the University of Zurich’s Center for Sustainable Finance & Private Wealth (CSP), where she designed and leads the Personal Development Program for wealth-holder successors.
She is the author of Lifesome Wealth – Our Time’s Quest for Meaning, a forthcoming book exploring how wealth, power, and leadership can mature into conscious stewardship within the living systems we are part of.
