Aneta D. Tunariu

Aneta D. Tunariu is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, Professor of Coaching Psychology and Organisational Behaviour at University College London, and Convener for the Psychology of Performance at Imperial College London. Her work integrates performance psychology, positive psychology-informed behaviour change, and existential coaching psychology to bridge academic rigour with practical application.

With over two decades of experience across healthcare, higher education, leadership development, and executive coaching, Aneta has held senior academic leadership roles, including Head of Psychological Interventions and Dean of Psychology at a leading London university. An internationally recognised educator, she has delivered executive education and professional training across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Aneta's work explores the intersection of performance, wellbeing, identity, and meaning, helping leaders and practitioners cultivate self-awareness, courage, discernment, and authentic leadership to thrive amid complexity and uncertainty.
