本工作坊以“道器合一”为主线，探讨如何将价值原则与技术创新嵌入同一套企业治理体系。参与者将从数据使用、模型训练、算法公平、内容安全、隐私保护、可解释性及跨境合规等真实场景出发，识别企业在AI全生命周期中的治理缺口，并思考如何把治理实践转化为可衡量、可审计、可被市场理解的价值。本场还将讨论企业如何利用标准、专业服务、资本与国际合作网络，把AI治理从被动合规转变为产品设计、组织能力和全球化战略的一部分，最终形成可在90天内推进的行动路径。
Artificial intelligence is advancing faster than many governance and regulatory systems can respond. For technology companies entering global markets, AI governance is no longer only a legal or compliance function. It increasingly shapes market access, investor confidence, brand trust and long-term competitiveness.
Guided by 道器合一—the integration of guiding principles and technological capability— this workshop explores how values and governance can be embedded directly into innovation. Participants will work from real business scenarios involving data use, model development, algorithmic fairness, content safety, privacy, explainability and cross-border compliance. They will identify gaps across the AI lifecycle and examine how governance practices can become measurable, auditable and understandable to investors, customers and regulators.
The workshop will also consider how standards, professional services, capital and international networks can help companies move beyond reactive compliance. Its central question is how responsible AI governance can become part of product design, organisational capability and global strategy—and ultimately a source of trust, market access and durable competitive advantage.
