John Zhang

Professor John Zhang is a nationally distinguished expert and Professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, where he directs the MBSE Engineering Innovation Center. Formerly Huawei's Chief Systems Engineering Expert and Chief MBSE Scientist, he led Huawei's A-level digital transformation, implementing MBSE across five major product lines. A member of the Qian Xuesen Systems Engineering Thought Research Studio and Special Expert at COMAC, he also serves as DISA's Chief MBSE Expert. He was a core coach at GE's renowned Edison Engineering Development Program and held senior roles at GE, John Deere, and COMAC. A certified DFSS Black Belt and senior member of IEEE and SAE, he has co-trained 200+ certified systems engineers with Tsinghua University and INCOSE. He also holds an MBA.

张教授是中国国家特聘专家，现任电子科技大学教授、博士生导师及MBSE工程创新中心主任。他曾任华为系统工程首席专家、MBSE首席科学家，是华为A级数字化变革操盘手，成功推动五大产品线落地基于模型的系统工程（MBSE）。作为钱学森系统工程思想研究室成员，他深谙中国系统工程理论精髓，并受聘为中国商用飞机有限责任公司特聘专家，同时担任华为数字化工业软件联盟（DISA）MBSE首席专家。

张教授拥有丰富的国际产业经验，曾在美国通用电气（GE）担任核心教练，负责业界著名的爱迪生工程发展计划，并先后在GE、约翰迪尔及中国商飞担任高级技术专家。他是经认证的六西格玛设计（DFSS）黑带，以及IEEE和SAE高级会员。学术方面，他主持了6项中国国家级重大项目，并与清华大学及INCOSE合作，累计培养了200余名认证系统工程师。张教授同时拥有MBA学历，是兼具产业实战、学术研究与战略管理能力的复合型专家。
