Haisong Tang is a serial entrepreneur, technology investor, and innovation advisor with over three decades of experience across entrepreneurship, venture investment, and emerging technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Laser Physics from Fudan University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Throughout his career, he has founded and invested in multiple ventures spanning digital technology, deep tech, synthetic biology, and cross-border innovation, with a focus on transforming emerging technologies into real-world applications. Tang previously served as Managing Director and Partner at BCG Digital Ventures China. He co-founded Spring Hill Partners, an Israel-focused technology investment fund, and participated in the establishment of Iron Pillar, an India-focused private equity fund. He also served on Kering Group’s Global Innovation Board, exploring how emerging technologies could reshape the future of consumer industries. He currently serves as Special Advisor to Singapore’s National Center for Engineering Biology and as a member of the Macau Council of Science and Technology. He has been involved in building synthetic biology innovation ecosystems and advancing technology commercialisation across regions.
