Erin Lee is a mindfulness teacher, author and educator whose work has helped organisations and individuals integrate mindfulness into everyday life. Through workshops, leadership programmes and public initiatives, she has introduced mindfulness practices to more than one hundred organisations, making contemplative practice relevant across workplaces, education and community settings.
Alongside her teaching, Erin founded Take A Pause, a global mindfulness community, and co-created The Big Sit, a social meditation movement that reimagines public spaces as places for stillness and collective practice. Her work reflects a belief that mindfulness should be lived, shared and accessible to everyone.
At all is well, Erin invites participants to discover that wellbeing begins with presence. Through mindful awareness, she encourages people to cultivate inner steadiness that naturally extends into how they work, relate and contribute to the communities around them.
