Biography

Carrie Choong is the founder of GentleHabitSpace and a sound healing practitioner specialising in nervous system restoration through therapeutic sound, movement and mindfulness. Blending Himalayan singing bowls, gong and complementary instruments, she creates immersive sound journeys that encourage deep rest without force or performance, allowing participants to settle naturally into stillness.

Alongside sound healing, Carrie teaches yoga and meditation, drawing from compassion-based practice and contemplative traditions to support emotional resilience and sustainable wellbeing. Her sessions offer gentle pathways back to the body, helping people navigate the demands of modern life with greater awareness and ease.

Carrie believes wellbeing is not something to achieve but something we return to every day through conscious choices, self-kindness and presence. Her work encourages people to slow down, replenish themselves and cultivate inner steadiness.
