With nearly 40 years of experience in coal mining and the management of modern coal chemical circular economy industries, he is proficient in coal‑based circular economy industrial planning, project construction, production organisation, technical transformation, and team management. He has led the company in adhering to industrial innovation and practice, and has built a technologically advanced high‑end coal‑based new material circular economy industrial cluster. He has also established a full‑industry‑chain development system that integrates energy chemicals, new energy, and new energy storage with multi‑energy complementarity and circular synergy.
