Wendy Leo

Wendy is Senior Director of Grants in Tote Board, a statutory board under the Ministry of Finance, and Singapore's largest grantmaker. Wendy and her team collaborate closely with partners to support community-based projects that encourage healthy lives and well-being, empower vulnerable communities, foster a caring, cohesive and resilient society, and make Singapore a sustainable and liveable home.

Prior to her current appointment, Wendy worked in a variety of public policy and corporate roles in the Ministry of Finance, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and Ministry of Transport.
