Vivian Zheng

Vivian Zheng is a policy-trained strategist with over 14 years of experience at the critical nexus of digitalization, AI, energy transition, and climate resilience. A Master in Public Policy graduate from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, she currently leads AI and IoT integrated decarbonization frameworks at Univers's Net Zero Centre of Excellence, working with government agencies across public transportation, maritime, public housing, and essential civil services to turn net-zero commitments into operationally viable, fiscally responsible roadmaps for Asia's hard-to-abate sectors.

Previously, as Head of ASEAN Climate Solutions at S&P Global Sustainable1, Vivian worked directly with central banks—including MAS, BNM, BSP, and Bank Indonesia—to embed climate risk intelligence into national financial stability frameworks through AI-powered scenario stress testing and nature-risk assessments. She also guided four major Singapore banks in stress-testing their loan portfolios against climate volatility, bridging the gap between climate resilience and financial prudence. Her earlier tenure at KPMG advising corporate boards on regulatory compliance, and she co-authored the Sustainability Guidebook for the Singapore Association of Boards of Directors.

Beyond her technical expertise in global standards (IFRS ISSB, GHG Protocol, TNFD, TCFD, SBTi and etc.), Vivian brings a human-centered perspective from her time driving social innovation at Intel and NetEase, where she championed digital literacy and environmental protection for vulnerable communities. She is also a part-time watercolourist and art therapist, deeply committed to ensuring that Asia's energy transition and digital transformation remain inclusive, equitable, and resilient for all.
