Sherin Goh

At a time when organisations are being reshaped by technology, social fragmentation, and global uncertainty, Sherin Goh champions a simple but transformative idea: the future belongs to organisations that develop human consciousness as intentionally as they develop business capability. This perspective aligns with TPC's Well-being Mandate, stewardship philosophy, and the belief that awareness, alignment, collaboration, and co-creation are foundational to sustainable transformation.

A steward of organisational evolution, Sherin Goh works at the intersection of leadership, well-being, systems transformation, and human development. As Chief, People & Organisation at TPC and Executive Director of OCTAVE Institute, she leads the integration of people strategy, organisational development, leadership transformation, coaching, culture-building, and AI-enabled transformation into one coherent enterprise agenda. Her work is anchored in helping leaders and organisations move beyond traditional models of management towards stewardship, collective flourishing, and purpose-driven growth.

Over more than two decades, Sherin Goh has worked across law, diplomacy, human resources, coaching, organisational development, and transformation. These experiences have shaped her conviction that lasting impact is created not merely through systems and structures, but through the evolution of human consciousness, the quality of relationships, and a shared commitment to purpose and well-being.

Through OCTAVE Institute, she contributes to the development of leaders, organisations, and communities seeking to navigate complexity while remaining grounded in humanity, meaning, stewardship, and collective well-being. Her work draws from systems thinking, leadership development, coaching, and emerging perspectives on human and organisational evolution to help build a future that is both high-performing and deeply human.

Prior to joining TPC, Sherin Goh was Regional HR Director for Asia at International SOS and a member of the Asia Regional Executive Committee. She began her career as a practising lawyer before serving as a Foreign Service Officer with Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds an Honours degree in Law from the National University of Singapore and a Master's in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD.
