Sha Fu

Ms. Sha Fu is the Executive Director of Strategy and Synthesis of the Energy Foundation, leading strategy development, synthesis research, and organization-wide analytical work. She also advises and supports the CEO on budgeting and spending processes. Prior to joining the Foundation in April 2019, she has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the energy and climate field, with expertise spanning energy and climate policy research, system modeling and data analysis, as well as green finance. Ms. Fu received her Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in Economics and her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Renmin University of China in Beijing.

傅莎女士现任能源基金会战略与集成执行主任，负责战略制定、综合集成以及研究工作，并协助首席执行官开展预算编制与支出管理。 在2019年4月加入能源基金会之前，她已在能源与气候领域深耕超过15年，研究与实践经验涵盖能源气候政策、能源—经济—环境系统建模与数据分析，以及绿色金融等方向。傅女士先后在中国人民大学获得经济学博士、硕士学位及管理学学士学位。
