Raphael Ghiandai

Raphaël is the Executive Director and serves the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation since 2024, overseeing financial strategy, treasury, and banking relationships while driving the Foundation's impact investment agenda and blue economy initiatives.

He brings over 15 years of senior finance experience across Big Four audit, corporate M&A, and CFO roles, with deep roots in the Monaco financial and institutional ecosystem. Prior to the Foundation, he held senior positions in organisations located in Paris, Sydney, and Monaco. He is a board member across seven Foundation offices. He is also Alternate Board Member of the MEDFUND initiative, reinforcing the Foundation's institutional reach across the Mediterranean and a member of the Investment Committee.

Raphaël holds an MSc in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
