Peng Qiu

As Head of Shipping and Logistics of TPC Group, Ms Qiu Peng is responsible for the overall strategy and business performance of the Group’s shipping and logistics activities, which spans across asset management, commercial and technical management in dry bulk shipping, tankers, ports, and logistics businesses of the Group. She concurrently heads up the China Office of IMC Industrial Group, responsible for the overall strategic direction and integration of various business units across different countries.

Qiu Peng has over 29 years of experience in general management, business development, direct investment, and strategic planning. She started her career with the Group in Qingdao, China, and has over the years worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Lianyungang with a particular focus on ports, logistics, and shipping, which grew into an industrial supply chain portfolio for the Group. She sits on the boards of the Group’s various joint ventures and wholly owned entities in different countries, managing partnerships and business performance at the board level.

Qiu Peng received her Bachelor of Arts from Shandong University in China, and Master of Science from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She also received Executive Education in Management Development from Harvard Business School in the United States as well as China Master in Practical Management from Renmin University in Beijing, China.
