Liang Li

Dr. Li Liang (Postdoctoral Fellow) currently serves as Director of Shanghai Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Center Co., Ltd. Dr. Li has extensive experience in policy research and consulting in the fields of energy, low-carbon development, and circular economy and environmental resources. He has participated in and led a number of major initiatives, including the development of the implementation plan for the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center and Zhangjiang Laboratory, the competitive allocation process for the Fengxian Offshore Wind Power Project, the first offshore wind power project in China, research on the low-carbon transition of Shanghai’s hydrogen energy, etc. Dr. Li also serves as Vice President of the Shanghai Circular Economy Association, Council Member of the China Association of Circular Economy, Vice President of the Shanghai Energy Research Association, and Industry Mentor at the China-UK Low Carbon College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

李亮博士（博士后），现任上海市节能减排中心有限公司董事长。 从事能源低碳环资等领域政策咨询相关工作，先后参与主持上海科创中心和张江实验室建设方案的编制，全国首个海上风电项目（奉贤海上风电）竞争配置工作，上海市氢能产业低碳转型相关研究等。 兼任上海市循环经济协会副会长，国家循环经济协会理事、上海能源研究会副会长、上海交通大学中英低碳学院产业导师。
