Dr. Justin Chin (MBBS, MScPH, MBA) is a public health-trained doctor, corporate leader, and ICF-certified coach passionate about transforming healthcare outcomes and organisational wellbeing.

Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Value-Based Care at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Dr. Chin collaborates with cross-disciplinary clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and optimise efficiency. As a coach, he empowers executives to become resilient leaders and fosters thriving, healthy organisational cultures.
