Guojin Zhang

张国津博士是绿动资本联合创始人，现兼任新加坡基金管理公司 (Asia Green Fund Management Pte Ltd) CEO。张博士拥有30多年的企业管理与私募股权投资经验。在创立绿动资本之前，他曾任罗盛咨询全球合伙人并负责亚太地区的工业领域的业务，专注于帮助跨国公司与中国企业提升企业战略、组织管理和领导力。之前，历任埃克森美孚、麦肯锡和哈利伯顿石油服务公司的技术与管理职位。他拥有中国科技大学近代物理学士、美国普渡大学核工程硕士及博士。

Dr. Zhang is co-founder of Asia Green Fund and CEO of Asia Green Fund Management Pte Ltd. He has accumulated extensive experience in investing and managing businesses through his 30 years of career. Prior to co-founding Asian Green Fund, he was a partner of Russell Reynolds Associates where he managed Asia Pacific Industrial Practice and helped multinational corporations and Chinese enterprises in strategy, organization and leadership. Earlier in his career, he held technical and management positions at ExxonMobil, McKinsey, and Halliburton Petroleum Services. He has a Bachelor's degree in Modern Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Master's and Ph.D degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University in the United States.
