Fredrik Galtung

Fredrik is the Founder and CEO of Social Innovation Labs (Si Labs), which addresses the challenge of where the Next Billion Jobs will be created in the age of AI and automation. He was previously Co-Chief Facilitator of Catalyst Now, the world’s largest movement for collaborative change, where he was also one of the co-founders. He was Founder CEO of TrueFootprint, a social enterprise facilitating an ambitious collaboration for regenerative agriculture, with an emphasis on community agency and governance.

Fredrik spent over two decades in sustainable development, anti-corruption and integrity building. He was Transparency International’s founding staff member and its Head of Research for a decade. In 2003, he co-founded Integrity Action, which delivered the largest-scale bottom-up monitoring of development for thousands of projects and over 3.4 million people in partnership with governments, companies and development agencies. Fredrik has advised five presidents and over 20 governments on integrity and strategic corruption control.
