Eren comes from a distinguished lineage of traditional healers, sufis, and pioneers of modern spiritualism. She holds an MA in Philosophy from The New School, NYC.
Beginning in 1991, she hosted a long running weekly radio program and led a series of conferences in Istanbul exploring the nature of consciousness, mind, and matter. In the early 2000s, personal health challenges led her to Traditional Chinese Medicine and qigong, eventually taking her to Wudang Mountain in China, where she began intensive training of internal gong fu.
Since 2012, she has been researching the effects of sound and vibration on the body-mind and now runs her own sound healing practice.
With decades of experience immersed in the spiritual and healing traditions of China, India, and Nepal, Eren teaches internal cultivation methods, female qigong, and sound-based healing. Her approach blends traditional lineages with modern scientific insight. She also works as an independent consultant to retreat centers worldwide, developing wellness programs, designing healing environments, and training wellness teams.
