Biography

Elim Sritaba is the Chief Sustainability Officer at APP Group, a global leader in forestry, pulp, and paper. Since 2013, she has led the implementation of APP’s Forest Conservation Policy (FCP) at Sinar Mas Forestry. Previously, as Director of Strategic Corporate Relations & Human Resources at Sinar Mas Forestry, she managed communication strategy, government relations, and sustainability across three major divisions.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, forestry, supply chain management, and business strategy, Elim serves on several influential boards and committees. Aside from being a board member of the Indonesian Global Compact Network, she also advocates for the G20 Empower initiative, championing women's empowerment and equal opportunities.

Recently appointed as Vice Chairperson of Sustainable and Business Governance of the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (2024–2029), Elim also contributes to key advisory and executive bodies, including the ASEAN Investment Framework Advisory Committee, the APINDO SDGs Committee, the Indonesia Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Advisory Board for the ASEAN Innovation Business Platform.
