Biography

Chason Yu leads the Living Habits Programme and events at OCTAVE, the well-being arm of TPC (Tsao Pao Chee). His work focuses on designing and delivering programmes, retreats, festivals and community engagements that support the integration of well-being into everyday life.

Grounded in OCTAVE’s 8 Living Habits framework, Chason’s work translates the organisation’s philosophy of inner development and the “I to We” journey into practical experiences that help individuals build self-awareness, resilience, presence and healthier ways of relating to others.

At OCTAVE, he oversees programme curation, experiential learning and community engagement, contributing to the broader development of well-being as a foundation for leadership, organisational culture and systems transformation.

His portfolio also includes oversight of Yong Kang, OCTAVE Living’s holistic healing offering, where restorative practices are integrated into the wider well-being journey.
