Chao Wang

Founder of the Social Innovation and Action Laboratory (SAIL) at Peking University and Adjunct Professor at the College of Urban Planning and Design. Former Executive Dean of the Institute for Philanthropy at Tsinghua University. Chao Wang's research covers organizational learning, social governance, cross-sector leadership, international development, and nonprofit management. He also brings extensive leadership experience from international organizations, having served as COO, CEO, and Chief Representative in China.

北京大学社会创新与行动实验室（SAIL）创始人，北京大学城市规划与设计学院兼职教授。曾任清华大学公益慈善研究院执行院长。研究领域包括组织学习与创新、社会治理、跨界创新领导力、国际发展与合作、非营利组织管理与领导。在研究和教学之外，王超教授具有多年国际机构管理和领导经验，曾出任数家著名国际机构在中国的COO、 CEO和首席代表，是一位集教研与管理实践于一身的学者。
