Over 15 years, Carol has built the coalitions and institutions behind economic, environmental, and social change, launching initiatives such as the Global Resilience Partnership and funder collaboratives supporting early childhood development and climate action across Asia. Her work has helped shape agendas from global to local — including the UN Global Compacts on Refugees and Migrants, the Bridgetown Initiative for financial architecture reform, and New York City's economic recovery policies during COVID-19.
