Bruno Lorenzon

Bruno Lorenzon is Head of Group Governance at TPC Group, reporting to the Group Chief Corporate Officer. In this role, he oversees the Group's finance, strategy, legal, internal audit, enterprise risk management and information technology functions, and serves on the Group Investment Committee.

During his 18 years with TPC Group, Bruno has held a diverse range of leadership roles spanning corporate finance, investment management and strategy. He has led complex transactions and strategic initiatives across multiple industries and jurisdictions, supporting the Group's growth and portfolio transformation. Prior to joining TPC, Bruno held strategy, investment and mergers & acquisitions roles with publicly listed multinational diversified natural resources companies in Brazil and Australia.

Bruno is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
