Ashok Adicéam

Ashok Adicéam is the Chief Executive of the Nice Ocean 2027 Mission and led the international mobilization for the United Nations Ocean Conference in Nice (UNOC), including the delivery of the “La Baleine” project at the Palais des Expositions, on behalf of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

With over 30 years of experience in diplomacy, philanthropy, and the management of major global events across four continents, he has headed prominent cultural and scientific institutions and advised on ocean, climate, and polar diplomacies. A specialist in multilateral and multi-stakeholder negotiations, public–private partnerships, and transformative global initiatives, he is bilingual in French and English, holds a degree in political science, and resides in Paris.
