Andy Hao

Andy, Du Hao, Founder & CEO of Ginpact Health (Hong Kong) Company Limited, Executive Committee Member of Modernized Chinese Medicine International Association Limited (MCMIA). He holds a Bachelor degree from Zhejiang University and a Master degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is a HK CPA. Previously, he served as Managing Director at CATL (Hong Kong) and Country Garden Venture Capital. He led nearly RMB 10 billion in equity investments, including CXMT and LandSpace. Since 2021, he has studied classic Chinese medicine theories and acupuncture under famous TCM masters. In 2024, he co‑founded Ginpact together with world‑class scientists, utilizing fermentation technology to transform cultivated ginseng into wild ginseng essence. Leveraging cutting‑edge technology and investment insights, he is committed to the modernization and globalization of rare herbal medicines, striving to bring the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine to broader audiences.

杜浩，山参有约健康科技（香港）创始人&CEO、现代化中医药国际协会理事。浙江大学本科，香港中文大学硕士，香港注册会计师。曾任宁德时代（香港）及碧桂园创投董事总经理，主导股权投资近百亿元、投出长鑫科技、蓝箭航天等项目。2021年起师从古中医明师研学经典名著及针灸。2024年联合世界级科学家创立山参有约，利用独家研发的生物发酵技术，将普通种植人参转化为珍稀野山参精华。杜浩以顶尖科技、资本视野致力于推动珍稀本草现代化与全球化，让更多人受益于中医药智慧。
