As lifespans increase, what may become truly scarce is not additional years, but the capacity to sustain vitality, clarity, resilience, meaningful relationships and personal autonomy throughout a longer life. In this workshop, 望闻问切 is not used as a clinical diagnostic method. It represents four ways of understanding life: observing bodily signals, listening to inner rhythms, enquiring into lived realities, and sensing the connections among body, emotion and environment.
The workshop brings Eastern wellness wisdom into dialogue with modern longevity science, health services and long-term capital. Through deep conversation, gentle embodied practices and a Longevity Wisdom Lab, participants will explore how stress, recovery, daily rhythms, functional ability and care systems shape healthspan and quality of life.
Using a Personal Longevity and Systemic Coherence Matrix, participants will identify one structure within their life, family, organisation or community that is continuously depleting vitality, and develop a practical 90-day response. Longevity assets are not only about living longer, but sustaining function, dignity, connection and the freedom to make meaningful choices.
