Amelia Ong is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of OSK Ventures International Berhad, a leading venture capital firm listed on Bursa Malaysia. She has led OSK Ventures for over a decade, overseeing a portfolio of alternative and equity investments and serving at the board level with startup founders to advance strategic growth and governance. A vocal advocate for patient capital and ecosystem collaboration, Amelia actively partners with policymakers, corporates, and investors to scale financing for AI, deeptech, and impact-driven ventures across Asia Pacific. As a second-generation leader, she carries forward the OSK Group’s family ethos, anchored by founder Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat that is built on stewardship, humility, and long-term value creation.
