Hafeez Hassan & Riduan Zalani

Hafeez Hassan is a Human Biomechanics Specialist, choreographer and movement educator whose work explores the relationship between movement, culture and human potential. He integrates biomechanics, Silat and movement training to help people move more efficiently while developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation and resilience. He is also the co-founder of Ekta Singapura, a collective dedicated to preserving indigenous movement traditions through performance and education.

Riduan Zalani is one of Singapore’s most prominent percussionists, known for his versatility in producing and performing with various drums and percussion instruments. He is also the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Nadi Singapura, a relentless ensemble determined to etch its distinctive expression of traditional Malay drumming and music into the hearts and minds of people.

At all is well, Hafeez and Riduan come together through Silat and sound, creating an embodied experience where movement, rhythm and cultural heritage converge. Participants are invited to explore how these traditions can strengthen their connection to their bodies, themselves and the communities they belong to.
