Yasmina Zaidman

Yasmina Zaidman is Chief Development & Partnerships Officer at Acumen, where she serves on the Management Committee and leads global strategy to mobilise philanthropic capital in support of early-stage entrepreneurs tackling poverty and climate. A longtime leader at Acumen, she has helped build the organisation since 2003, scaling fundraising, partnerships, and global engagement to support high-impact solutions across regions. She previously led communications and Acumen’s corporate partnerships strategy, bringing together diverse partners to advance innovative models that serve underserved communities. She is a champion for gender lens investing and a recognised voice in philanthropy and impact investing, speaking at global forums including the Marmalade Festival in Oxford, Impact Europe and Clinton Global Initiative, and contributing to publications such as Fast Company and Alliance Magazine. She is also on the board of Criterion, the leading advocate for investment models that disrupt power and gender inequality, and Crea Funds which supports local organisations in Venezuela that support resilience and entrepreneurship.
