Wan Qing Fong

Wan Qing Fong is a Water Engineer specialising in climate adaptation, flood resilience, and water infrastructure planning. Her work focuses on helping clients make informed decisions under future climate uncertainty, combining engineering analysis, economic appraisal, and stakeholder engagement to develop practical, balanced and resilient solutions.

She has contributed to major infrastructure and adaptation studies along the coastline of Singapore, including flood risk assessments, coastal resilience planning, and the evaluation of long-term adaptation pathways. Outside of work, Wan Qing enjoys scuba diving, mountain climbing, and exploring water infrastructure around the world, often making intentional visits to tidal gates, dams, and coastal protection structures during her travels.
