Dwelling at the intersection of art, ecology and well-being, Vivian brings a practice grounded in Nature, systems sensing and regenerative community-building. Bridging the continuum of personal healing and systems transformation, she practices as a Trauma-Informed Somatic and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy at Sol Therapy, and is a co-creator of Living Soil Asia, an education, research and culture organisation that brings soil regeneration into the food and climate conversation.
Trained as a Warm Data Lab host, Vivian believes that community is essential and loves bringing people together for nourishing conversations, exploring meaningful ways of being in response to the complexities of the changing world. Drawing from her training in classical yoga, mindfulness practices with Plum Village, and background in the arts, Vivian curates spaces for reconnection to self, community and Mother Earth.
Vivian contemplates life as an ever-evolving living inquiry, enjoys singing, freediving, mindful eating, meditation and being in the forest and the sea.
