Vikra is a father of 2 boys in his mid 30s, working hard to leave behind a kinder world for them and the next generations.
He currently stewards people's collective generosity as the CEO of Kitabisa, Indonesia's leading social crowdfunding platform that facilitates over 2 million donors each year, channeling more than $300 million in the last decade.
More than becoming the trust & verification layer of public fundraising, Kitabisa is on a mission to orchestrate how the philanthropy of everyday people can effectively take part in both tackling urgent immediate needs and funding sustainable impact that address systemic issues.
Vikra also serves as the Chairman of SalingJaga, a digital islamic life insurance (takaful) subsidiary of Kitabisa protecting over 100 thousand underserved population of Indonesia while bringing insurance back to its roots: a community of people pooling money to protect each other from future risks in the spirit of mutual protection.
Outside of work, he contributes his time to help shape the future of Indonesia's fintech via AFSI (Indonesian Islamic Fintech Association), and peer-learning with fellow entrepreneurs through Endeavor Entrepreneur network.
In his spare time, he usually goes for a run, watch long YouTube clips, or spend time tending his mini house garden.
