Timothy Liu

Timothy is the CEO of the Society for the Aged Sick, a 407-bed nursing home in Hougang, Singapore. He previously served as CEO of Dover Park Hospice and COO of the Institute of Mental Health, and has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare management, supporting patients and residents with diverse care needs.

He holds a Master of Public Health, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He has a strong interest to enhance quality of healthcare delivery and improve operational effectiveness.

Timothy was conferred the Public Service Medal for his contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also volunteers in his community, supporting seniors in his district who fall through the cracks in the system, working through a network of partnerships with service providers.
