Teresa Chuang

Dr. Teresa Chuang serves as Executive Vice President of the Sustainable Development Committee, Beijing International Exchange Association. PhD in International Economic Law with over a decade of diplomatic and public service experience. Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish, she has organized global sustainability conferences, led international collaborations, and engaged with world leaders on ecological and economic development.
