Syfia Andina

Syifa Andina is an early childhood development specialist with 20+ years of experience in Indonesia and the Southeast Asia region. She has led the development of ECCD programs, parenting education initiatives, and policy advocacy efforts, including contributing to the national parenting module for Indonesia’s Program Keluarga Harapan.

Her expertise includes early childhood care and development, parenting education, psychosocial support, training, and program design. Syifa has worked with organizations such as Plan International, UNICEF, World Bank, World Vision, and Save the Children. Since 2013, she has served as Chairwoman of Yayasan Balita Sehat Indonesia and has represented Indonesia in ARNEC since 2019.
