Sumathy Krishnan

Sumathy Krishnan is a sustainability professional with 28+ years of cross-sectoral experience spanning Corporate Innovation, Social Impact and Academia. As Executive Director of an NGO in India, she has designed and implemented programs in climate education, green skilling, and behavior change, including some award-winning initiatives. She is the Founder of Sustainpath, a Singapore-based consultancy that works on sustainability education, community collaborations, and Strategic CSR.

Sumathy is a certified trainer in tools like Climate Fresk and climate adaptation. She co-chairs the Singapore chapter of Catalyst Now, promoting system-level collaborations toward the SDGs. She has been leading the working group on ‘Climate change & Social Impact’ for ALTERCOP Singapore, an annual event that compliments the climate COP with emphasis on local action.

Sumathy has recently published her book - ‘A career without an expiry date: Finding work, growth and fulfillment in NGOs’. Sumathy blends advocacy, education, and systems leadership to empower others in creating scalable, lasting impact for the People and the Planet.
