Stephen Badger

Stephen Badger is Chair of the Economics of Mutuality Foundation Board and a fourth-generation member of the Mars family. He serves on the Board of Directors of Mars, Incorporated, where he has held a number of leadership roles over the past two decades, including as Chairman.

Stephen has a long-standing commitment to advancing mutuality as an approach to creating long-term value for business, society and the environment.
