Stanley Ng

Stanley is a former investment banker and business founder of a Greater China based Executive Search organization. He has worked and lived in 5 countries and has spent over 22 years away from Singapore. Prior to his return 4 years ago, he spent 2 years in Sapporo, Japan, teaching English to children with disabilities. He now leads the Employment Services team at New Hope Community Services which is funded by Singapore Business Federation Foundation.

The Employment Services team at New Hope Community Services provides a holistic, full-stack employment framework designed to serve disadvantaged and displaced communities. Our model delivers end-to-end support across three core pillars: Job Readiness, Job Placement, and Sustained Employment. Over a five-year period, this comprehensive model has successfully impacted and empowered over 1,000 beneficiaries.
