Biography

Solla Zophoniasdottir is a systems change leader and learning strategist with expertise in the creation of learning spaces in service of systems innovation. As Director of MEL, Learning and Insights at Climate-KIC, she shapes the learning, evaluation and impact approaches across a broad, collaborative ecosystem of partner organisations. At Climate-KIC since 2015, Solla held previous leadership roles across the organisation's Nordic education, global learning services, and capability-building teams.

Solla has worked extensively on radical forms of collaboration between organisations, initiating learning partnerships on systems innovation that experiment with shifting funding practices, build capacity in participatory approaches and examine the shifting role of intermediaries in driving systemic change.

Solla holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology and trained at KaosPilots in organisational leadership and creative process design. She is trained in systemic coaching, graphic facilitation, and Art of Hosting practices for participatory dialogue and complexity-informed change.
