Biography
Shivna Majmudar works with SEWA on designing and implementing programmes that strengthen climate and livelihood resilience for women in the informal economy. Her work spans financial inclusion, climate finance, livelihood recovery, women-led enterprise development and blended finance, with a strong focus on translating these approaches into practical last-mile solutions.
She also works closely with banks, insurers, donors and development institutions to build partnerships and financial mechanisms that improve women’s access to finance, strengthen resilience to climate shocks and support more secure livelihoods.
