Priti Bhattarai

Chief Executive Officer · Perennial
Biography

Priti Bhattarai is the Chief Executive Officer of Perennial, a global leadership organisation dedicated to cultivating the inner and relational conditions that allow leaders, communities, and systems to transform. For over two decades, Perennial has worked with social impact leaders, funders, educators, and ecosystem builders to explore the deeper dimensions of leadership, including wellbeing, awareness, relationship, and the conditions that sustain long-term change.

Priti leads Perennial’s programs, partnerships, and convenings, including the Perennial Gathering in Japan, a global gathering for leaders working at the intersection of social change, wellbeing, relationship, and regenerative leadership. Her work is rooted in the belief that meaningful impact depends not only on strategy and action, but on the quality of the relationships, inner clarity, and human conditions beneath the work.

Prior to Perennial, Priti worked in Nepal with grassroots organisations focused on education, health, and gender equity, and later with the AIDS Foundation of Chicago’s Policy and Advocacy team. She currently serves on the board of Rukmini Foundation, which advances girls’ education and empowerment in Nepal, and is the co-founder of GreenValue US, a social enterprise supporting fair trade, recycled paper handmade by marginalised women in rural Nepal.

Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Priti grew up in Tokyo, Japan, and has lived and worked across Nepal, Japan, England, and the United States. She holds a BA in International Business and Finance from the University of Liverpool and a Master’s degree in NGOs and Development from the London School of Economics, with a focus on social policy, gender, and development.
