Pritha Venkatachalam

Pritha Venkatachalam is Partner and Co-Head, Asia and Africa, at The Bridgespan Group, based in Singapore. She advises philanthropies, corporate foundations, impact capital providers, and nonprofits on strategies to enhance social impact. Her work spans strategy, operating models, business planning, and partnerships across more than 25 countries in South and Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Pritha brings deep expertise in global health and nutrition and has authored research on strategic and collaborative philanthropy, nonprofit resilience and leadership, community-driven change, and public health. Prior to Bridgespan, she established and led Dalberg Global Development Advisors’ New Delhi office and held leadership roles at Cambridge Economic Policy Associates and the World Bank.

She holds a Master’s in Development Management from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She also mentors emerging women leaders and serves on the advisory boards of Social Alpha and Bahaar Foundation.
