Prerana Tirodkar

Prerana helps institutional investors manage physical and transition risk across their real asset portfolios. She is also building the All Ivy+ alumni network to drive climate action in emerging markets. She believes that if AI infrastructure is built responsibly, it can create innovation and jobs for local communities instead of putting a strain on them.

Her current focus is the Alliance for Responsible Data Centers, an industry coalition building open-source tools to promote and incentivize responsible investment in AI infrastructure, from how it is financed to how it uses energy, water, land, and community resources. It brings the entire ecosystem together, including technology firms, investors, utilities, real estate, chip manufacturers, civil society, startups, and municipalities, to co-create shared resources, local data models, and frameworks that help build resilient, community-supported AI factories. She is a Columbia University graduate currently based in San Francisco.
