Khoo Peng Beng is Head of the Architecture and Sustainable Design (ASD) pillar and Professor of Practice at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and co-founder of ARC Studio Architecture + Urbanism, established in 1998 with fellow architect Belinda Huang. With over 31 years in practice, he led the design of Pinnacle@Duxton, Singapore's landmark 50-storey public housing project, for which he and Huang received the President's Design Award Designer of the Year in 2020.
He was lead curator, with the National University of Singapore, of Singapore's 2010 Venice Biennale pavilion "1000 Singapores," and led SUTD's 2025 pavilion "RASA-TABULA-SINGAPURA." He was previously Adjunct Associate Professor at NUS for over 23 years.
