Olivia Oo

As Managing Director for Asia, Olivia Oo leads corporate development in Asia at Circ, expanding Circ’s access to strategic partners throughout the region to drive accelerated commercial activity, project development, and strategic partnerships.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in innovation, commercialization and technology deployment across Asia. As the Head of APAC Partnerships at Breakthrough Energy, she forged connections between leading climate tech startups, Asia-based industrial leaders, governments, and ecosystem enablers. Olivia is also a seasoned operator; as the VP of Mobility at SP Group she led the buildout of a high-speed EV charging network in Singapore by setting overall strategy, securing commercial contracts, and driving operational excellence across construction, technology partnerships and customer operations.

Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
